Kube Pump Technologies Industry and Trade Incorporated Company
Our portable fire pumps, which we are currently manufacturing, were designed based on years of accumulated knowledge in response to a specific need.
In 2009, our late Honorary Chairman of the Board, Osman Küçük, who currently holds the patent, was conducting research on ship propellers. During this process, he visited the Gölcük Naval Command for numerous trials, where he tested the propellers he had produced with his own hands. At that time, the naval personnel, impressed by his inventiveness, described the problems they were experiencing with portable fire pumps and asked him to invent a domestic and national motor pump.
Viewing this request as a mission, the late Osman Küçük produced a motor pump unlike any other in the world in just six months and gave presentations on this prototype product to the navy. Although the product was well-received by the personnel, bureaucratic hurdles could not be overcome, and a purchase process could not be initiated.
Subsequently, it was realized that the product was not only something that should be in the navy's inventory, but also something that many institutions such as fire departments, water and sewage companies, municipalities, and marinas used and needed. Production of the first generation pump design began under the name ESC POMPA, and some of these pumps were donated to certain institutions for testing purposes. Subsequently, orders were received from some of the institutions that liked the products. Thus, the unique and unparalleled first domestic and national products we manufactured under the name ESC POMPA reached their customers. In 2013, our company underwent a new restructuring and was officially established in January 2013 under the name Kube Pompa Teknolojileri Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi. Based in the Dudullu İMES Organized Industrial Zone, our company continued its production in an area of 500 square meters during this period. Also in 2013, it began R&D for second-generation design products with the TÜBİTAK R&D project it started. With the successful completion of this R&D project, the design of the second-generation products was completed in 2015, and these products were brought to market. In 2017, our company, which was growing and becoming more professional, moved to a 2,000 square meter professional production facility located in the Kartepe region of Kocaeli. As a result of the new R&D and KOSGEB projects carried out with the transition to this facility, it has successfully completed the third generation designs, which are currently actively sold and produced. With the professionalism, design advantages, and performance improvements gained from the third-generation products, our company made its first export in 2019.
Our company successfully completed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement it carried out with the General Directorate of Shipyards and the Istanbul Shipyard Command between 2019 and 2021, earning the right to be the sole approved domestic supplier of our Naval Forces Command during the agreement period. As a result of this successful process with our Naval Forces Command, our company has also been accepted by the Qatar Navy, Ukrainian Navy, and Pakistani Navy, achieving the success of supplying products to the navies of these countries.
By 2025, our company, which exports to 35 different countries around the world and is a supplier to many public institutions and organizations in Turkey, has significantly increased its brand and product awareness and successfully represents our country abroad through dealers and distributors in many countries.
