1. Collection, Processing and Purposes of Processing of Personal Data

Your personal data, which may vary depending on the services provided by our Company and our commercial activities, can be collected verbally, in writing or electronically by automatic or non-automatic methods through our Company departments and offices, Group Companies, website, social media channels, mobile applications and similar means. As long as you benefit from the products and services offered by our Company and our Group Companies, your personal data may be processed by being created and updated.

Additionally, when you use our call centers or website to use our services, when you visit our Company or website, when you attend training, seminars or organizations organized by our Company, your personal data may be processed.

Your personal data collected may be processed by our Company and our Group Companies within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the PDPL for the purposes of performing the necessary work by our business units to enable you to benefit from the products and services offered by our Company and our Group Companies; customizing the products and services offered by our Company and our Group Companies according to your likes, usage habits and needs and offering them to you; ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company, our Group Companies and the persons who are in a business relationship with our Company (administrative operations for communication carried out by our Company, ensuring and supervising the physical security of locations belonging to the Company, evaluation/complaint management processes of Group Company customers, reputation research processes, event management, legal compliance process, audit, financial affairs etc.); determining and implementing the commercial and business strategies of our Company; and ensuring the execution of our Company's human resources policies.

2. To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred

Your personal data collected may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, Group Companies, Company officials, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions and private persons within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the PDPL for the purposes of performing the necessary work by our business units to enable you to benefit from the products and services offered by our Company and our Group Companies; customizing the products and services offered by our Company and our Group Companies according to your likes, usage habits and needs and offering them to you; ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company, our Group Companies and the persons who are in a business relationship with our Company (administrative operations for communication carried out by our Company, ensuring the physical security and supervision of locations belonging to the Company, business partner/customer/supplier (authorized or employees) evaluation processes, reputation research processes, legal compliance process, audit, financial affairs etc.); determining and implementing the commercial and business strategies of our Company; and ensuring the execution of our Company's human resources policies.

3. Method and Legal Reason of Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data may be obtained in every verbal, written or electronic environment for the purposes described above so that the products and services we offer as the Company can be provided within the determined legal framework and so that our Company can fulfill its contractual and legal responsibilities completely and accurately. Your personal data collected for this legal reason may also be processed and transferred for the purposes stated in items (1) and (2) of this text within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the PDPL.

4. Rights of the Personal Data Owner Listed in Article 11 of the PDPL

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company using the methods arranged below in this Clarification Text, our Company will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is envisaged by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff determined by our Company will be charged. In this context, personal data owners have the right to;

• Learn whether personal data has been processed,

• If personal data has been processed, request information about it,

• Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in line with that purpose,

• Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

• Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and request that the transaction carried out within this scope be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

• Request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing disappear despite being processed in accordance with the PDPL and other relevant legal provisions, and request that the transaction carried out within this scope be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

• Object to a result arising against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

• Request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.

Pursuant to Article 13, paragraph 1 of the PDPL, if you submit your request to exercise your rights with respect to this Clarification Text to our Company in writing or by the other methods set by the Personal Data Protection Board, our Company will conclude the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest depending on its nature. However, if a fee is envisaged by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff determined by our Company will be charged.

To exercise the above-mentioned rights, you may deliver a signed copy of the form on kubepompa.com together with documents confirming your identity to Uzunbey Mh. Cengel Cd. No: 6 41180 Kartepe / Kocaeli / TURKIYE in person, send it through a notary or by other methods specified in the PDPL, or send the relevant form with a secure electronic signature to kube@hs02.kep.tr.
